What are my options for renting a calculator?

You have the option of renting for 1 month all the way up to 6 months. If you would like to extend it longer, simply send us an email and we will charge your credit card for the additional months that are requested.

What happens when I am done using the calculator?

Simply mail it back in a bubble wrapped envelope. Be sure that the calculator is returned in the same condition as it was shipped to you and that it has the slide cover, the battery cover, and the USB cord (if it came with one).

Please also send us an email with your tracking number to ensure your package does not get lost.  You are ultimately responsible if for any reason the package does not get delivered to us or has been lost in the process of shipping it back.

How much is shipping?

  • USPS First Class Mail (within 4-7 business days) is Free

  • USPS Priority Mail (within 2-4 business days) is $5.99

  • USPS Express Mail (within 1-2 business days) is $20.99

When would my package be shipped?

Calculators are shipped daily Monday thru Friday excluding Holidays. All orders will be shipped on the NEXT business day.  For example, orders that are placed BEFORE the below times on Monday will be shipped on Tuesday:

  • 8:59 am PST (Pacific Time)
  • 9:59 am MST (Mountain Time
  • 10:59 pm CST (Central Time)
  • 11:59 pm EST (Eastern Time)

Can I cancel an order?

You may cancel an order on the same day the order was placed, provided the order has not already been shipped.  In the event the order was shipped, you agree to pay the shipping fee.  Refunds will be processed after the calculator and any accessories have been returned to us.

When can I expect a response to my email?

Generally within 24-48 hours.

What happens if I lost/damaged the slide cover, battery cover, or USB cable?

Upon receipt of the calculators we will test it and record the damages or missing items.  At that time we will notify you if any replacement fees will be charged to your credit card.

What happens if I lost/damaged the calculator?

At Calcs Unlimited, we understand that mistakes happen or items get lost or stolen.  In any case, please notify us immediately via email and we can ship out a replacement calculator Priority Mail if needed.  Your credit card will be charged any replacement fees plus the extra shipping cost.  Please return damaged calculators to us so that we may determine if it can be salvaged.  The calculator replacement fee is $95 for the TI-83 Plus, $115 for the TI-84 Plus, $125 for the TI-84 Plus C Silver Edition, and $135 for the TI-89 Titanium.  Please see terms of service for additional information regarding replacement fees.

Is there anything else I should know?

All of our calculators are property of Calcs Unlimited and is not affiliated with Texas Instruments.  Calculators go through testing and cleaning before being shipped out.
